The Best Of Houzz badge is awarded annually, in three categories: Design, Customer Service and Photography. Design awards honor professionals whose work was the most popular among the Houzz community. Customer Service honors are based on several factors, including a pro's overall rating on Houzz and client reviews submitted in 2018. Architecture and interior design photographers whose images were most popular are recognized with the Photography award.
A “Best Of Houzz 2019” badge will appear on winners’ profiles as a sign of their commitment to excellence. These badges help homeowners identify popular and top-rated home professionals in every metro area on Houzz.

Meister-Cox Architects is proud to announce that the Mail Shark Headquarters Expansion, located at 171 Tuckerton Road in Reading, Pennsylvania, has been recognized with a Top Projects 2026 Award by Lehigh Valley Business as part of its annual Real Estate & Development Summit.
The award recognizes outstanding development projects that have made a significant impact throughout the region through excellence in planning, design, construction, and community investment. The Mail Shark Headquarters Expansion was honored among a select group of projects recognized for their contribution to economic growth and development in Eastern Pennsylvania.
The project was developed by Mail Shark and constructed by Irish Creek Inc., with architectural design services provided by Meister-Cox Architects. Completed in early 2026, the expansion was designed to support Mail Shark's continued growth while enhancing the functionality and long-term value of its corporate headquarters.
Through close collaboration among the owner, design team, and contractor, the project successfully transformed Mail Shark's vision into a modern facility that supports future operations and continued business growth. The completed expansion represents a significant investment in both the company and the Reading community.

Meister-Cox Architects is proud to announce that the Upper Allen Genius Kids Child Development Center, located at 191 Old School House Lane in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, has been recognized with a Top Projects 2026 Award by Central Penn Business Journal.
The award honors outstanding development and construction projects throughout Central Pennsylvania that demonstrate excellence in design, construction, and community impact. The Upper Allen Genius Kids Child Development Center was recognized for its contribution to meeting the growing childcare and early education needs of the region.
The project was developed by Areya Management and constructed by Kinsley Construction, with architectural design services provided by Meister-Cox Architects. The new facility was thoughtfully designed to create a safe, engaging, and modern learning environment for children while supporting the operational needs of staff and administrators.
