Timothy Cox

Architect, R.A., AIA, LEED-AP,

Timothy is Owner, President, Registered Architect, certified National Council of Architectural Registration Boards architect, a member of the US Green Building Council, and LEED accredited with a specialty in Building Design and Construction. Tim has also been selected by International Hotel Group as a preferred architect for multiple Hospitality brands. 

 In addition to graduating first in his class; summa cum laude, with a 4.0; from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree, Tim also holds a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Penn State.

Tim works closely with clients and team members, from initial conceptual design through the execution of construction documentation, and project management to fulfill the specific needs of the client.   

Timothy is active in his local community. As a public speaker, he advocates the latest in architectural design technology, sustainability, and construction methods, by promoting and implementing the latest in Building Information Modeling Technology, advanced visualization techniques, and sustainable building procedures.

He is currently registered in the following states: Pennsylvania, Arizona, New York, North Carolina, Delaware, Maryland, and Texas.


William Meister

Architect, AIA, NCARB

As principal architect William Meister is responsible for overall management, including project scheduling, quality control, and client contacts for all projects. Bill serves as principal in charge for all major projects and oversees and coordinates the activities of all personnel involved with the project. He offers extensive expertise in facilities planning, feasibility studies, space planning, and code reviews for educational, municipal, corporate and industrial facilities. Meister Architects was established in 1974 and Bill has continued to develop the company with emphasis on personal service, attention to detail, quality design and meeting client expectations. Bill holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Pennsylvania State University. He is currently registered in the following states: Pennsylvania and  New Jersey.


Jere Hess

Designing/Drafting/Project Management

Upon receiving an Associate Degree in Design Drafting from York Technical Institute in 1995, Jere began working in the field of process engineering for St. Onge, Ruff and Associates, where he learned not only architectural and structural design but food processing and other industrial production applications as well.  A few years later, Jere continued his education with additional classes in computers and network engineering, receiving several certifications.  In May of 2002, Jere joined the team at Meister-Cox Architects, where he still handles a variety of responsibilities and enjoys working to overcome the various challenges that face him.


Stephanie Egan

Designing/Drafting/Project Management

Architect, AIA, NCARB

Stephanie graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor of Architecture from Philadelphia University. After graduation, she spent 7 years with a large Architecture and Engineering firm, working on a variety of government, private commercial, and higher education projects. Many of these projects had complex security and equipment requirements, allowing her to learn the importance of cross discipline coordination. Stephanie joined Meister-Cox Architects in 2016 and is excited to be working on the wide variety of projects the firm participates in. She is licensed in Pennsylvania.


Rick Fryer

Designing/Drafting/Project Management

Architect, AIA, NCARB

Rick graduated from Penn State University in May 2015 with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. While still in school, he had interned at Meister-Cox Architects during the summers of 2013 and 2014, which made for an easy transition to full time employment with the firm after graduation. Since graduation, he has worked on an array of projects in varying roles, working in Revit to take projects from conceptual design all the way through to construction documents. He is a member of Berks County Networking Association, a networking group that works grow their respective local businesses. Rick also maintains his involvement in Alpha Rho Chi, the National Professional Fraternity for Architecture and the Allied Arts. Rick is licensed in Pennsylvania.

Jamie Skimski

Office Manager

Jamie is the Office Manager for Meister-Cox Architects, she started in 1996. On a daily basis, she works with the design team to coordinate all aspects of a project from start to completion. In a day, she can organize up to 15 different projects while drafting contracts, reviewing applications for payments and coordinating submittals. She also provides office support in accounting, presentations and marketing. Jamie’s strong background in customer service is evident as she plays a vital role in coordinating plans between clients and the staff at Meister-Cox Architects.


Kimberly Cox


Kimberly graduated from Pennsylvania State University with an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration in 1989.  She continued to pursue her education and graduated from Albright College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting in 2000.  Her primary career track has been in banking, working for three different banks over the course of 21 years in auditing, accounting and financial analysis.  She also worked for county government as an auditor for 2 years and worked in accounting and finance for a local car dealership for 4 years.  She continues to work in banking full-time while acting as the Controller for Meister-Cox Architects, P.C., starting at the beginning of 2016.
