Timothy Cox
Architect, R.A., AIA, LEED-AP, BD+C, NCARB
Tim is the Owner and President of Meister-Cox Architects, bringing decades of experience and a rare blend of design and technical expertise to every project. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture — earned summa cum laude and first in his class from Drexel University — alongside a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Penn State. No matter the project type or scale, Tim works closely with our clients and team from the first concept sketch through construction documentation and project management, ensuring the specific needs of each project are always met. Outside the office, he is an active community member and public speaker, advocating for the latest in sustainable design, Building Information Modeling, and advanced visualization techniques. He is currently licensed in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland.

rick fryer
Architect, R.A., NCARB
Rick is a Project Architect at Meister-Cox Architects, holding a Bachelor of Architecture from Penn State University. Starting as an intern in 2013, he has grown with our firm for over ten years, bringing a deep familiarity with every stage of the design process. In his role as a designer, drafter, and project manager, Rick has developed a strong specialty in hospitality and multi-family housing projects. He brings that focused expertise to every client he works with. With a sharp eye for detail, he works directly with our clients to guide them through every stage of the design process. From initial concept through construction documents, he manages schedules, consultants, and documentation to ensure every project is delivered successfully. Outside of work, Rick remains actively involved in Alpha Rho Chi, the National Professional Fraternity for Architecture and the Allied Arts. He is currently licensed in Pennsylvania.

Jere Hess
Senior Designer
Jere is a Senior Designer at Meister-Cox Architects, holding an Associate Degree in Design Drafting from York Technical Institute. Since joining the firm in 2002, he has built a broad and versatile skill set across commercial, industrial, and hospitality projects. With a background rooted in architectural, structural, and process engineering design, Jere brings a unique depth of knowledge to every project he touches. He handles everything from drafting and design to project management and field surveys, making him a reliable presence at every stage of the process. Beyond his design work, Jere also serves as our in-house IT resource, keeping the firm's technology running smoothly behind the scenes.

Jamie Skimski
Chief Operating Officer
Jamie is the Chief Operating Officer for Meister-Cox Architects and has been with the company since 1996.She’s the steady hand that guides our projects from the initial proposal to the final detail, handling everything from contracts and payments to submittals. Beyond project management, Jamie also leads our marketing and social media efforts and oversees the firm's finances. With her strong background in customer service, she has a natural talent for connecting with people, making her the vital link between our clients and the design team to ensure everyone is always on the same page.

Nathan Horn
Architectural Drafter
Nathan is an Architectural Drafter at Meister-Cox Architects, holding an Associate degree in Architecture from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology. Before joining our team, he gained valuable experience working in the MEP field, bringing a well-rounded technical perspective to his work. Nathan drafts and develops construction documents in both CAD and Revit, contributing his skills and attention to detail across a wide variety of our projects.

Mac Fontana
Architectural Intern
Mac is an Architectural Intern at Meister-Cox Architects, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Architecture degree at the Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, with an expected graduation of May 2028. Graduating at the top of his class, he earned an Associate of Applied Science in Architecture in 2025 and was inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Mac assists our team with the development of construction documents and project drafting, bringing a sharp interest in contemporary architecture and a natural enthusiasm for the problem-solving side of design. Through both his academic studies and hands-on experience with our firm, he continues to grow his knowledge and craft with every project he is a part of.

William Meister
Architect, R.A.
Bill is the Founder of Meister-Cox Architects, having established the firm in 1974 with a vision rooted in personal service, attention to detail, and quality design. After decades of dedicated service to our clients and the architectural community, Bill has retired — leaving behind a lasting legacy and a firm that continues to carry forward everything he built.
